Woolworths Cricket Blast is introduction to the game for many youngsters and an action-packed program for boys & girls between the ages of 5 & 10 who want to learn the basic skills of cricket in a fun and friendly environment. Junior Blasters (age 5-10 years) unites children through fun and exciting game-based activities.

8 sessions starting on 14th November to 12th Dec (Xmas holiday break), 6th Feb to 20th Feb 2022
Sunday morning at Burnside Rec Reserve 9-10:30am
All equipment supplied. All kids get their own Blasters Pack and wear the colours of their favourite Big Bash heroes
The Get Active Kids Voucher Program helps eligible families get their kids involved in organised sport and recreation activities by reimbursing the cost of membership and registration fees, uniforms and equipment. Eligible children may be able to receive up to $200 each.

Woolworth cricket Blast refund Policy
Competitive games of cricket for children aged between 8 and 16. Games are played on either Friday evenings or Saturday mornings. Played against other clubs or neighbouring suburbs within the North West corridor.
Burnside Springs have mixed teams consisting of boys and girls, and solely girls teams with age range of Under 12 and U14s

Season is scheduled to commence early October. There is a small break during Christmas before it begins again in February and ends mid March for Finals.
Approximately 12-14 matches are played in the season
Training is held through the week between Monday and Thursday evenings. Typically starting at 5pm and runs to 6:30pm
Final training schedules are sent out to members closer to the season commencing.

Girls that bring a friend to register (Season 2021-22) will receive $100 off their memberships

The club will provide as much refund as it can possibly afford. The costs of running a cricket program extends beyond the apparel provided to its members and consists of other overheads including and not limited to: Association fees (team entires, balls etc), council recreation fees, insurance etc. All or most of these overhead fees are paid for prior to the season commencing.
Competitive games of cricket for men aged from 17+. Games are played on Saturday afternoons (Sunday’s if there is enough interest to form a team). Played against other clubs or neighbouring suburbs within the North West corridor.

Competitive games of cricket for women aged from 15+. Games are played on Sunday afternoons. A social form of the game, many often have never played. This is a great introductory to cricket. Played against other clubs or neighbouring suburbs in a fun and welcoming atmosphere, within the North West corridor.
